• A generator or extension cord will be provided by us based on your event location and power access
• Our team will determine the best power setup during booking or prior to your event
• No need to supply your own equipment

Our base pricing includes service within 15 miles of Richmond, VA.

Bounce house rentals outside this service area may require an additional travel fee, based on distance and travel time. If a travel fee applies, our team will confirm the amount before your booking is finalized — no surprises.

Travel Fee Options (When Applicable):

• Local Travel (0–15 miles) — Included
• Medium Distance (16–25 miles) — $50
• Long Distance (26–36 miles) — $75

Events beyond 36 miles may require special approval.
